Returns & Refunds

At SunxShine, we value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not happy with the product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Here are a few things you need to remember when returning a product you bought online from SunxShine:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in new, unopened condition with all of the original packaging. SunxShine reserves the right to decline any refund if the product received is damaged or has missing accessories. A restocking fee (20% of the purchase price) will be applied per item returned.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed by SunxShine as soon as possible, and in any case, no later than 14 days starting from the receipt of the product by us.

International Returns: The Customer is solely responsible for any shipping fees, custom duties and miscellaneous taxes for the return of a Product transported outside the Customer’s country of domicile.

Excluded Items: This refund policy does not include accessories, such as adapters and air stands.
